Description

If so, our Marketing & Comms Trainee role is designed just for you As a key player on our team, you'll contribute to our global marketing efforts, handling everything from social media management to event coordination and digital marketing initiatives.
About The Role
We're on the lookout for a talented intern with a creative flair, someone who loves solving communication challenges. This internship is the beginning of your journey with us.
You'll work on impactful projects, receive mentorship, and enjoy ongoing support for skill development. We're even open to establishing new partnerships with universities, ensuring your academic journey remains uninterrupted.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including in-person conferences and related digital communication.- Support the implementation of digital marketing initiatives, website, and social media campaigns to enhance our online presence.- Create and curate relevant and engaging content with the online community.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR & Sales Teams, to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Professional Skills- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- Passion for business, technology, and innovation.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.- Familiarity with social media platforms.- Advanced level of English. Additional languages such as Spanish, French or Italian are a plus.- Problem-solving, Multitasking, collaborative, and flexible.- Proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Preferred Technical Skills- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track and analyze website performance.-
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for website content management.- Experience with social media management tools- Basic video editing skills.- Ability to create and edit engaging multimedia content (videos, infographics, etc.).
Work Location & Schedule- Based in Madrid, in person with flexibility for teleworking.- Part-time position with schedule adaptability.- Type of internship: Intra-curricular or extra-curricular internships, whatever you need- Duration of approx. 6 months, adjustable to university requirements.
