**Senior Sourcing Manager**
Formarás parte del equipo de Sourcing con sede en Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona. Como Senior Sourcing manager, serás responsable de implementar la estrategia de sourcing para las categorías de Congresos y Eventos, Market Access y Consulting estratégico, en línea con la estrategia general de BI, así como de desarrollar una estrategia local para categorías descentralizadas. En estrecha colaboración con los demás miembros del equipo, desempeñarás un papel importante en la construcción de nuestra base: gestión de categorías, iniciativas de abastecimiento regional, asociación comercial, talento y habilidades, gestión de proveedores, digitalización, gestión del rendimiento, procesos y herramientas S2P, gestión de riesgos y sostenibilidad. Como miembro del equipo, ayudarás a impulsar los ahorros en compras y contribuirás al crecimiento de BI mediante la creación de iniciativas con los Business partners principales, así como proyectos innovadores de cartera.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Identificar y evaluar proveedores locales existentes y potenciales, así como el establecimiento y mantenimiento de relaciones con proveedores.
- Llevar la innovación a BI el conocimiento del mercado.
- Implementar una estrategia de categorías compleja siguiendo instrucciones globales y desarrollarlas localmente cuando sea necesario
- Responsable de identificar, evaluar y clasificar los riesgos de abastecimiento y diseñar medidas de mitigación de riesgos.
- Demostrar una gestión proactiva con los business partners y colaborar para alinear objetivos comunes.
- Liderar y coordinar proyectos transversales donde se considere necesario.
- Coordinar las demandas de los Business partners dentro del marco de Sourcing, asegurando de que la información relevante se comparta y que el Buiness partner reciba el soporte adecuado.
- Gestionar incidencias con respecto a las categorías, incluidos los problemas de Business partners / externos, etc.
- Aprovechar las herramientas de sourcing (incluida la licitación electrónica (SAP Ariba), la negociación paralela, etc.).
- Optimizar los canales de compra y aprovechar las oportunidades de mercado.
- Responsabilizarse para asegurar que se sigan las directrices y mejores prácticas de Legal, Compliance, Farmacovigilancia así como el cumplimiento de FarmaIndustria y VetIndustria
**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura o maestría en Administración de Empresas o Digital / Marketing o experiência similar
- Experiência en el área de Marketing y/o Ventas
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos
- Nível avanzado de inglés hablado y escrito
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, mentalidad abierta, con ideas innovadoras.
