We are seeking an experienced, but above all passionate, Property Manager to join our brand-new **Novel Student **accommodation in Pamplona. This newly created role represents the opportunity to join the property management team of a leading developer and operator of purpose-built student accommodation in the US, Latin America, and Europe.

As Property Manager, you will lead all day-to-day operations and be accountable for the success of the property’s overall performance. This person will build and develop a best-in-class team to provide incredible resident experiences and ensure the goals of the property are met each year. Working closely with head office support, the Property Manager will provide regular reporting and updates on the property, identify areas of improvement, and implement policies and procedures to maintain and build upon the CA brand and reputation.

**Your Mission**
- Ultimate responsibility for the success of the property’s overall performance, including but not limited to leasing and marketing, facilities management, resident relations, human resources, accounting, and other initiatives and projects throughout the property.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and manage all on-site employees, ensuring they are empowered to meet and exceed their job responsibilities.

**Your Track Record**:

- Significant proven experience in property management and/or operations in the student housing or residential property management industry.
- Strong people management experience and the ability to motivate and build a strong team.
- Excellent customer service and resident relations track record.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Superb ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Eagerness to provide best in class resident experience.

**Salary**: 35,000 euros +20% bonus
