**The main responsibities will be**:
- Will be responsible to deploy technological projects for the IT Operations Area, including provision, planification, execution and trespassing to Infrastructure Maintenance department.
- Will coordinate Project Management task delivered by several vendors.
- Will be accountable for the budget of the projects.
- Will be responsible of managing the day-by-day relationship with the partners involved in the projects.
- Make sure all projects are well documented before going live, and that this documentation get to the IM department.
- Will be involved in all the IT projects definition from the beginning to ensure a smooth deploy.
- Will be a member of a multicultural team of around 20 people, siting in more than 10 different locations in Europe and Africa.
- Stakeholders’ management, understanding needs and priorities while managing expectations.
During the first 12 to 18 months, as an** **_ad interim _**role,** the incumbent will contribute in creating the Infrastructure Maintenance department and will be in charge of the running of a part of the infrastructure.

**Requirements**:
- 10+ years' experience in Project Management.
- Proved experience in an international and challenging environment.
- University degree in Computer science, Telecommunications, etc.
- Knowledge on usage of ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) to manage the tickets/issues/changes.
- Good capabilities with project planning tools.
- Fluency in English (Italian/French/German will be an asset).
- Experience in FMCG will be a plus.
