**The Role**

As part of our Health and Wellness division, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This position consists of managing the supply chain for Biotics, BFF & Botanicals entities, an individual who has proven experience in leading S&OP & S&OE process and is well versed on Demand & Supply Planning activities, Warehousing, Logistics, and Inventory Management.
As part of the role, you will manage the processes for balancing demand and supply. Ensure optimal Logistic & warehousing activities, as well it is responsible for assisting and managing the identification, resolution, and optimization of plan variances, inventory, and costs, in alignment with the business objectives.
Strategic minded and experienced in working on mature supply chains, this individual is also capable of working within low maturity organizations and transforming them into mature supply chains, capable of transitioning from manual to advanced planning systems, as well as strong interpersonal skills to influence positively under a matrix organization., leadership skills, along with strong business and commercial acumen. The ability to work under pressure and cross-functionally to drive sound decision-making with a result-oriented approach. To foster a high-performance and engaged culture within the organization, leader must be able to quickly identify deviations from expectations and other disruptions and lead teams to resolve these issues.

You will be responsible for:
Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director Health & Wellness
- Individual contributor managing demand and supply planning process and tool, implement jointly with Central Planning & COE SC monthly S&OP input (medium
- or long-term demand and supply plans and working capital position).
- Drive the development of supporting business cases to improve planning systems, reports, teams, and processes (including interfaces into and out of other functional and cross-functional processes).
- Facilitate and drive the analysis of network supply performance along with Operations and the CoMan team in order to optimize inventory, reduce obsolescence across the network, and maximize production efficiency. Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
- Responsible for the accurate, and complete planning of raw materials, components, and production supplies, including capacity planning, ordering, expediting, and procuring raw materials.
- Align strategic volume plans with implicated areas and reconcile them with monetized S&OP plans. Communicate and escalate critical gaps between plans in the S&OP (Sales & Operation Process).
- Influence and collaborate with key partners in marketing, sales (field sales, corporate sales managers and directors), operations and finance and address input gaps as identified by forecast error, bias and volatility review, supplier performance, supply constraints and other means.
- Work with, procurement, purchasing, planning, manufacturing operations and logistics/warehousing to align an ensure compliance on safety stocks, lead times, order quantities, campaign or production strategy, batch yields and cycle times.
- Conduct and/or facilitate what-if analysis to create alternate scenarios for reconciling demand, supply and financial plans.
- Ensure best cost & service Logistics strategy in the region, providing cost & service benefits scenarios.
- Ensure that demand and supply plans are shared/received in the defined ADM formats, ensure level of detail and timing required by all customers and supply chain partners, with documented assumptions, to achieve the various business objectives.
- Analyze and lead the analysis and management of inventory investment to ensure optimized inventory, cost and service levels.
- Work with various cross-functional teams on projects such as new product launches, line extensions, product discontinuations, promotions and events. Demonstrate sound business decision making aligned with company goals.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring key S&OP KPIs impacted by demand and supply planning activities and outputs.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring OTIF for outbound orders, measure service according to plan and root cause analysis & improvement process.
- Accountable to deliver Supply Chain costs at agreed targets
- Successful project implementation (time, cost, benefit) to improve the process and embed it across the different business units and geographies.
- Capacity utilization and accuracy — rough cut capacity plan, air freight cost, write-offs.
- Working capital: (actual stock vs. target or planned safety stock levels, overall inventory value, cycle stock, forward days cover, inventory turns).
- Lead the policy/process of finished products and materials inventories in warehouses to achieve the correct balance between financial expense, service level
