A temporary position for a **Junior Quality Conformance Manager **(QCM) has arisen within Airbus Commercial, Getafe (Spain).

**Control Plan management and coordination**

The jobholder is supporting the following activities:

- Ensure that the Quality Control Requirements of the product and the
associated process are satisfied
- Coordinate Control Plan routine meetings to capture each input linked
to the process
- Drive inspection optimization activities (reinforcement, reallocation,
reduction) as part of E2E Inspection Process
- Enforce Multi-Functional Team collaboration to contribute to process
efficiency
- Ensure effective operational feedback loops to capture additional
required inspections
- Digitalize Control Plan by deployed IT tools.
- Risks and opportunities managements.
- Perform status reporting. KPI creation and maintenance
- PFMEA collaboration
- PPV and Metrology collaboration

- **Experience**:1 year of experience. Having completed an internship at Airbus would be a plus.

- **Languages**:Advanced level in English and Spanish.
