From Aictina Consulting, a technology recruitment firm, we are looking to incorporate talent in a leading company in its sector. This company is specialized in crafting high-performance and eco-friendly plastic solutions, catering to brand owners and plastic processors seeking recycled, recyclable plastics, and mineral-based compounds. This company is looking for a Product Manager specialized in chemistry.
**What will be your functions?**
- Passionate about working cross-functionally, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
- Demonstrates the ability to convey complex information in business terms, effectively managing timelines and complexity.
- Possesses strong influence skills and establishes a robust credibility impact through building solid arguments and convictions.
- Demonstrates self-motivation and flexibility in approach.
- Exhibits empathy and excels as a good communicator.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, attend exhibitions, and stay updated as an expert in the markets.
**How do we think you are and what do we value?**
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role within the plastic industry.
- University education and proficiency in English at a high level.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating substantial amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Track record of successfully implementing finely tuned product marketing strategies.
- Possesses a solid technical understanding of the product portfolio.
- Proven experience in overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
