Procurement Manager

**Job purpose**:

- Fulfill customer demands through the most efficient use of the Raw materials & Packaging Planning, Scheduling Processes, including the coordination of all production activities at Segovia and Central Warehouse. Coordination of the improvements of planning department.

**Main responsibilities and key tasks**:

- Manage Raw & Packaging materials planning, including local vendor management and CW, liaising with suppliers to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Lead initiatives to drive cost, lead time and service improvements and manage practices, implementing consignment stocks and short lead time supply agreements.
- Ensure compliance to internal company SOP guidelines.

- Be an acting player in the development of proactive supply chain organization and in the deployment of the best-in-class industrial and supply chain structure, supported by the best tools, processes and talent.
- Contribute in developing a corporate culture, work in powerful relation with centralized functions, and bring strong contribution in homogenizing processes.
- Guarantee the deployment of training programs that achieve sustainable improvement in the quality of his colleagues.

Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Good command of the English language. Other languages will be valorized.
- Several years’ experience in SAP ERP, MM and Material Management.
- Very good excel skills.
- Strong willingness to work highly proactive: make the difference and strive to change things by own approach.
