Company Description

**Job Description**:

- In liaison with the relevant legal counsel, assist in the preparation and handling of contracts and contract templates, including ensuring filing and access.
- Deploy selected program, administer the process and database for managing legal entities across different countries and make required documents available to other functions as needed.
- Support the preparation and documentation of the Board of directors’ meetings, manage the Board tool (Brainloop) and provide support for the preparation of the annual general meeting, including by coordinating tasks with internal team members and outside vendors.
- Support the establishment of the litigation report and compile reports for reporting purpose.
- Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in campaign management (eLearning essentially) by facilitating the rolling out of program, associated training launch and tracking.
- Support Policy Management and the handling, if required, of internal investigations.
- Administer information, gather and sort legal and compliance documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Legal or business education
- Proven experience (7 years +) in substantially similar roles of legal assistant, paralegal or executive assistant for international companies or law firms.
- Hands
- on experience in actively supporting international legal and compliance teams in daily operations and key processes.
- Strong sense of privacy and confidentiality (handle confidential information with utmost trustworthiness and discretion).
- Self-started with a good level of independence. Collaborative, positive mindset, empathy, and strong business partner attitude.
- Business fluency in English is required, German would be an advantage.
- Experience with Office software, data base and contract management tools completes your profile.

- The role can be performed in Valencia (Spain), Stuttgart (Germany) or Hungerford (United Kingdom).
