**Descripción**:
Como Ingeniero de Seguridad de Vuelo en PLD Space, su misión es garantizar el funcionamiento seguro y fiable de las misiones de nuestros lanzadores mediante la aplicación y gestión de sólidas prácticas de seguridad de vuelo. Desempeñará un papel fundamental en el desarrollo de requisitos de seguridad de vuelo y normas de misión en todos los centros de lanzamiento mundiales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar análisis de seguridad de vuelo del vehículo de lanzamiento MIURA 5 en todas las fases del vuelo.
- Realizar análisis de riesgos, incluyendo modelos de fragmentación para la rotura del vehículo y explosiones tanto en tierra como en vuelo.
- Realización de análisis de dispersión de escombros.
- Estudiar el entorno de la explosión y la huella de los escombros.
- Estudiar otros modos de fallo a bordo que puedan generar riesgos en vuelo y proponer medidas de mitigación.
- Realizar FMECA (modos de fallo, efectos y análisis de criticidad) a nível de sistema.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa del sector y las mejores prácticas para los estudios de seguridad en vuelo, en particular las normativas de la FAA y el RCC (EE.UU.), LOS, RT y FSOA (FR).
- Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería para incorporar los requisitos de seguridad de vuelo en el diseño, desarrollo y pruebas del vehículo de lanzamiento MIURA 5.
- Participar y llevar a cabo revisiones y auditorías de seguridad para evaluar el cumplimiento de las normas y reglamentos de seguridad y proporcionar recomendaciones de mejora.
- Participar en la investigación y el análisis de incidentes de seguridad y cuasi accidentes, identificando las causas y aplicando medidas correctivas.
- Colaborar con las partes interesadas externas, incluidas las autoridades reguladoras y los socios industriales, para garantizar el cumplimiento de los reglamentos y normas de seguridad.
- Dirigir el análisis y apoyar el desarrollo de documentación para cumplir los requisitos en cada lanzamiento.
- Dirigir, gestionar y apoyar las reuniones con los centros de lanzamiento, la seguridad del campo de vuelo y los organismos gubernamentales (INTA, AAE, CNES, CSG...).
- Trabajar con los equipos internos de PLD Space para evaluar y modificar las trayectorias en función de los análisis.
- Fomentar una cultura de concienciación sobre la seguridad y la mejora continua dentro de la organización, promoviendo un enfoque proactivo para identificar y gestionar los riesgos de seguridad de vuelo.
- Generar documentación, incluidas guías de usuario, directrices y manuales de usuario para uso de los clientes internos.
- Generar documentación para revisiones formales de desarrollo de programas.

**Conocimientos requeridos**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Aeroespacial o experiência demostrable en su lugar. Preferiblemente, titulación superior.
- 5 años de experiência técnica pertinente.
- Conocimientos sólidos de los principios de seguridad de vuelo, reglamentos y normas del sector.
- Conocimiento de las técnicas de análisis de seguridad, como el análisis del árbol de fallos, el análisis de peligros y la evaluación de riesgos.
- Familiaridad con los sistemas aeroespaciales, las operaciones de lanzamiento y las misiones de naves espaciales.
- Conocimiento de los sistemas de gestión de la seguridad y su aplicación en la industria aeroespacial.
- Competencia en el uso de herramientas y programas informáticos de evaluación de la seguridad.

**Competencias requeridas**:

- Familiaridad con los modelos de fragmentación en tierra y en vuelo, análisis de dispersión e impacto, modelos de entorno de explosión para explosiones en tierra.
- Familiaridad con las normas y prácticas de seguridad de los campos de lanzamiento.
- Conocimiento de los reglamentos relacionados con la seguridad, como REI, RT, FSOA.
- Capacidad de análisis y pensamiento crítico para evaluar riesgos complejos de seguridad de vuelo y proponer medidas de mitigación eficaces.
- Excelentes aptitudes de comunicación e interpersonales para colaborar con equipos interfuncionales y partes interesadas externas.
- Atención al detalle y precisión en las evaluaciones de seguridad, la documentación y la elaboración de informes.
- Gran capacidad de resolución de problemas para investigar incidentes de seguridad e identificar las causas subyacentes.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado y gestionar con eficacia múltiples tareas y prioridades.
- Gran capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo para cumplir los plazos e hitos de los proyectos.
- Cumplimiento de las normas éticas y compromiso de mantener la confidencialidad en asuntos de seguridad delicados.
- Inglés B2-C1.
