Paid Media Project Manager

Buscamos un **Paid Media Specialist** **para lidererar los proyectos de de canales de pago la línea sport de una firma de moda internacional.
**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**
Definir la estrategia de performance en canales de pago digitales para la línea ️SPORT. Generación de tráfico cualificado y ROAS.
Coordinar equipo de especialistas en paid media, agencias de medios, agencia creativa y plataformas de marketing para maximizar los resultados e identificar nuevas oportunidades.
Coordinación con stakeholders internos para alinear la estrategia global a la bajada en canales digitales.
Trabajar de cerca con los equipos de Data y IT, partners estratégicos para el desarrollo de las acciones de marketing y el análisis correcto de datos.
Análisis y medición de los KPIs del área por plataforma, generación de informes y estadísticas de resultados para todas las campañas y mercados.
Coordinar diseños y copies para los diferentes anuncios en search, social, display, afiliación, remarketing y app.
️ Monitorización y optimización always on para una alta reactividad en el toma de
decisiones.
**¿Cómo te imaginamos?**
***Con experiência de al menos 3 años en **ecommerce del** **sector SPORT**elaborando estrategias y optimizando a nível operativo.
Fuertes skills analíticas.
Cercano al Data Science y herramientas de gestión de datos masivos.
Continuamente actualizado con las últimas herramientas adtech y martech, al día de las novedades en las principales plataformas como Google, Meta o TikTok entre otros.
Trabajas con un CDP o usas herramientas alternativas para comunicar
con el cliente desde una visión user centric.
️️ Eres multitasking y capaz de gobernar múltiples campañas activas a la vez en diferentes canales y diferentes mercados.
Necesario buen nível de inglés
