ABOUT THE POSITION

With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our associates are essential to our business. From ensuring product availability on the sales floor to creating eye-catching visual displays to addressing customer inquiries to running an efficient check out process, our associates create memorable customer experiences while simultaneously assisting the Store Leadership team support Columbia Sportswear Company’s mission of “Connecting Active People with Their Passions.”

As a Retail Associate you’ll serve as a brand ambassador and ensure exceptional in-store experiences through positive customer interaction. Within this role you will employ your natural problem solving and sales abilities to answer customer questions and make compelling product recommendations while supporting Columbia Sportswear Companies values to enhance customer service and teamwork.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES / RESPONSABILIDADES
- Proporcionar a todos los clientes una atención de primera clase, asesorándoles sobre nuestros productos y ayudándoles en su experiência de compra, de acuerdo con las directrices GERT.
- Facilitar información a todos los clientes en relación con las características y ventajas de los productos actuales.
- Mantener conocimientos actualizados y exactos sobre las características, ventajas y disponibilidad de los productos.
- Asegurarse de que todos nuestros productos aparezcan expuestos de forma ordenada conforme a las normas de presentación de la empresa. Lo que también requiere mantener los productos clasificados por tallas y bien colocados.
- Ayudar con las entregas de productos desembalando y clasificando la mercancía por tallas.
- Realizar todas las transacciones con caja registradora requeridas, tales como ventas y cambios, con prontitud y con un alto nível de precisión.
- Almacenar mercancía encargándose de la recepción de remesas diarias y de la distribución a la superficie de ventas.
- Mantener una estética ordenada y cuidada de las instalaciones del establecimiento limpiando, organizando y ordenando (incluye pasar la aspiradora, la limpieza de ventanas y del baño).
- Seguir las políticas y los procedimientos de la empresa.
- Mantener una conducta acorde con los elevados níveles de profesionalidad de la empresa demostrando respeto, cortesía y dedicación, además de cumplir con las obligaciones de asistencia y puntualidad.
- Mantener una comunicación abierta y positiva con todos los directivos y el personal de Columbia Sportswear, así como con otros departamentos, a fin de contribuir a un intercambio fluido de información y al funcionamiento eficiente de la organización.
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

**Requisitos**:

- No se requiere formación específica
- Seis meses de experiência en atención al cliente
- Buenas habilidades interpersonales

CONDICIONES
- Contrato a jornada parcial (36 horas/semana)
- Contrato temporal (sustitución baja)
- Disponibilidad de horario rotativo
