Company Description
We are a Bosch company but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product. We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world. Put simply: We take over some operations from other companies and run these for them, allowing them to focus on their core business.
We do so using future oriented technologies such as RPA, cognitive robotics or artificial intelligence. We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units.
What we do?
We complement any product with a solid service delivered 24/7 across all channels or design new service models, optimally fitted to the needs of end-customers. We ensure that each interaction with end-users is as smooth and efficient as possible, so that products or brands leave a lasting positive impression.
The list of our services is truly endless. To name just a few: We save lives with our back-to-back management of eCall in cars, monitor international cargo, get people out of broken-down elevators, manage social media interactions, run the IT hotline for Bosch or simply are the voice of customer service or technical support.
We in the Bosch Group
As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas - the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.
We were responsible for contacts with clients and third parties (e.g. technicians). We specialized in the service around the security product, which laid the ground for becoming a Bosch unit in its own right, specializing in service and Customer Experience.

As a Social Media - Content Creation, some of your main functions will be:
- Create and publish engaging social media content across various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube for the corporate social media channels "Bosch Global."
- Craft compelling English post texts that effectively convey our corporate messages and engage the audience.
- Generate creative ideas and produce short-form video content, including Reels and Stories, either autonomously using editing apps or in collaboration with a video agency.
- Review and adapt social media postings provided by external agencies to ensure alignment with corporate messaging and branding.
- Conduct research to evaluate relevant topics and handle internal suggestions, contributing to a diverse and engaging content calendar.
- Take ownership of specific content series and contribute to the development of new content formats to enhance user engagement.
- Support channel management activities, including analytics and paid media processes, to optimize social media performance and reach.
- Implement insights gathered from content performance tracking, refining strategies to enhance audience interaction and content effectiveness.
- Actively participate in Bosch Global editors rounds, collaborating as part of a virtual global content team to maintain consistency and alignment across social media channels.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices, conducting research to identify innovative approaches and incorporating them into the content strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- English language skills at a C2 Level (Native or equivalent, according to CEFR levels).
- Profound professional experience in content production for social media channels and channel management
- Hands-on expertise in usage of all current social media platforms and online tools
- Studies in Communication/Marketing/PR/Journalism/Online Media Management or similar
- Solid practical experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Social Media in an agency or a corporate environment
- Interest and/or experience in creating engaging content about complex topics
- Organized team player with the determination and ability to contribute proactively to the success of a virtual global team. High attention to detail, self-dependence, and reliability
- Excellent language, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience with content marketing tools and/or photo

- German language skills are a plus, but not required
