**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Las funciones específicas serán:

- Gestión Integral de Proyectos: Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos relacionados con la cadena de suministro.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar la ejecución eficiente de las iniciativas.
- Impulsar Iniciativas de Mejora Continua: Identificar oportunidades para optimizar procesos y proponer iniciativas que impulsen la mejora continua en la gestión de la cadena de suministro.
- Colaborar con los equipos operativos para implementar prácticas y procesos más eficientes.
- Seguimiento de Indicadores Clave: Establecer y supervisar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para evaluar la eficacia de las operaciones de la cadena de suministro.
- Proponer acciones correctivas basadas en el análisis de los KPIs para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo.
- Reporting con Dirección: Preparar informes periódicos detallando el progreso de los proyectos y la evolución de los indicadores clave.
- Presentar informes a la dirección nacional de supply chain, proporcionando insights y recomendaciones.
- Planificación y Ejecución de Transformación Operativa y Digital: Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de transformación operativa y digital en la cadena de suministro.
- Implementar soluciones tecnológicas para mejorar la eficiencia y visibilidad en la gestión de la logística sanitaria. Contacto con Clientes Internos:

- Establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes internos para entender sus necesidades y expectativas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos relacionados para garantizar una alineación efectiva con los objetivos de la empresa.
- Desarrollo y Cumplimiento de Normativas: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las regulaciones y normativas pertinentes en la logística sanitaria. Garantizar que las operaciones cumplan con los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos.

**Are you a MATCH?
- Formación universitaria: ingeniería, matemáticas o similar
- Experiência entre 3-5 años máximo en funciones similares a las descritas
- Conocimientos en logística /supply chain
- Buen manejo en herramientas informáticas: Excel, Power BI, SAP
- Nível de Inglés Alto imprescindible (C1)
