**Who you will work with**
- Juan Avedillo (COO): over 18 years of experience in technological transformation and innovation environments back him. He went through several different roles, industries and countries as a consultant in McKinsey & Company for 9 years. He also worked in The Cocktail as the technical practices lead.
- Miguel Garcia Lorenzo (Head of Engineering): With more than 10 years of experience leading technical teams in high-performance and real-time environments. He has worked in companies like Inditex, Oracle, among others. He is a believer in work based on three fundamental principles: team, architecture and automation. He enjoys sharing his knowledge through articles and conferences.
- Beatriz Domínguez (Head of People & Process Engineering): At the age of 6 she touched her first computer and since then she hasn't been able to be separated from them. She started working in the world of technology as a developer more than 13 years ago. Passionate about continuous improvement, in the last years she has been working with teams of all kinds and worrying about their growth and effectiveness. What she enjoys most about her job is helping people to be successful.

The requirements for this job are:
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience defining and maintaining code infrastructure
- Programming experience in a professional setting
- Experience working with good development practices
- Have worked with agile methodologies
We will also positively value if you:
- Experience developing, maintaining, and deploying big projects is a plus.
- Have experience with SQL, relational or non-relational databases, big data, and Machine Learning
- Have experience with AWS.
- Have experience with systems that offer a 24/7 service.
