Nous recherchons au sein d’AXA Partners, notre futur **Products & Services Product Manager H/F.**

Vous serez en charge de maximiser la valeur pour les clients, les partenaires et les employés en développant continuellement les outils et les processus globaux utilisés pour gérer les Produits & Services (définition, création, opérations, rationalisation, standardisation) conformément à la stratégie d'AXA Partners et du Groupe AXA.

**Vous aurez pour principales missions**:

- Créer et conduire la vision de Products & Services en accord avec les priorités stratégiques d'AXA et la transmettre à l'équipe P&S, aux sponsors et aux parties prenantes avec enthousiasme et empathie.
- Travailler avec les sponsors et les principales parties prenantes de P&S (Opérations, UW, Juridique, Commercial, Transformation et équipes IT) pour définir l'ambition de P&S et les KPIs destinés à suivre le progrès vers l'automatisation, la standardisation et la satisfaction client.
- Diriger la standardisation de l'offre chez AXA Partners afin de maximiser l'efficacité opérationnelle et la satisfaction du client en exploitant la technologie disponible.
- Orienter les GPO P&S vers la maximisation de la valeur de leurs produits (ICVC, Computable Contacts, Product Studio et Unique Contract Repository).
- Définir la structure de l'équipe P&S et les priorités d'investissement nécessaires pour répondre à l'ambition et obtenir le budget adéquat pour cela
- Soutenir les membres de l'équipe Produits & Services pour qu'ils développent leurs points forts, maximisent leur productivité, et évoluent dans leur carrière.
- Développer et mettre en place le système de gouvernance de Products & Services au niveau global et local en tenant compte les outils, les personnes et ses compétences, et les processus.
- Être un partenaire de l'équipe Computable Contracts chez AXA GO dans la création de produits qui soient en ligne avec les besoins et la stratégie d’AXA Partners
- Explorer continuellement le marché à la recherche d'innovations pouvant être appliquées à la chaîne de valeur des produits et services et développer de nouveaux partenariats lorsque cela est pertinent.

**Votre Profil**

Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes techniques et fonctionnelles
- Haut niveau de sens des affaires et de connaissance de l'organisation interne (Organisation, processus, équipes...) et capacité à formaliser clairement les besoins de l'entreprise.
- Capacité à comprendre les leviers de motivation des principales parties prenantes en fonction des gains à réaliser.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication, tant écrite que verbale.
- Capacité à naviguer dans des environnements très complexes et agilité pour s'adapter rapidement tout en gardant les objectifs en vue.
- Capacité à définir clairement les responsabilités des membres de l'équipe.
- Capacité à expliquer simplement aux principales parties prenantes de l'entreprise la progression, les défis, les risques et les impacts des projets P&S

Formation, qualifications professionnelles et expérience
- Au moins 8 ans d'expérience et de connaissances en matière de transformation, d'innovation et/ou de gestion de programmes stratégiques.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipes.
- Expérience de travail avec des personnes venant de différents milieux, nationalités et niveaux hiérarchiques.
- L'expérience du travail dans un cadre Agile est un plus.
