Nowadays, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets.
To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for customers. In order to define and build this products, services catalogue and customer journeys, we aim to attract best possible talent.

- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
- Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As **eCommerce Manager, **you will be reporting to the Product team in the HQ, in close cooperation with PagoNxt Merchant Solutions local teams and Getnet, you will be responsible of leading the relationships and core negotiations with Schemes and Alternative Payments methods.
You will be working on the Payments Core Team, joining a dynamic team of Product Managers members that deliver everything from large-scale technology solutions to small optimizations. The team is responsible for developing product roadmaps and engaging in backlog grooming to ensure successful delivery of new products and features. In this role you must be able to recognize key dependencies across different teams in order to coordinate a successful product launch.
The person who holds the position of **eCommerce Manager** **will be responsible** for:
- Help building Core eCommerce product functionality and roadmap, ongoing partner management at a senior level, owning the customer experience; articulating the value proposition; demonstrating significant industry experience and driving the creation of sales enablement tools to ensure the product suite meets its revenue goals.
- Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management of our core card present offer
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs on a global ways and help unifying product vision across countries sharing best practices
- Manage product development lifecycle - Work with the product owners and stakeholders to define the problem in discovery, draft detailed requirements (BRD) together with acquirer needs and competitive benchmark, participate in the scrum ceremonies, UAT plans, and support continuous releases.
- Defines minimum viable product and prioritizes requirements balancing trade-offs between time, effort, investment, and value dimensions.
- Build Business case per product and product increment.
- Control P&L per product and budget as well (understanding cost deviations, increase efficiency in cost allocation, adjust pricing strategy, etc)
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that we are executing against our roadmap.
- Negotiate with payment providers, plug-ins and third party vendors.
- Manage third party solutions and partners where applicable to ensure performance expectations are met and accelerate go to market release.
- Monitor and analyze those KPIs and success metrics to determine how well the product is performing in the market, how it impacts company operations, and ultimately, how it contributes to the P&L. And use this information to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations.
- Generate research, explore innovation, participate in forums and events cultivating networking in order to detect market trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

- Experience working in Payment Industry focus on Gateways, PISPs and ecommerce solutions
- Experience working on omnichannel platforms.
- Experience in global business deal negotiation, budget allocation control, and deep level understanding of payment ecosystem focus on card-not-present mainly.
