We are seeking a pillar member for Kuurth, responsible for crafting content that echoes the brand's DNA. Your responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies in collaboration with other members of the founding and creative team.

**Requirements**:
- Experienced in social media, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Proficient in English, at an advanced or native level, with fluency in speaking.
- Basic editing skills and good video creation abilities.
- Have very good taste and style
- Strong creative capabilities.
- Conceptualization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Holistic Thinking
**Responsibilities**:
- Expand our social media presence and strengthen connections with our community.
- Produce at least 1 high-quality content piece per day with the potential to go viral.
- Stay constantly updated, understanding the market and target audience to generate fresh content ideas that resonate.
- Develop content strategies based on different objectives and implement them.
- Convey the brand's values through the content.
- Bring in fresh content ideas each week that have the potential to become viral.
- Plan and schedule both content creation and its publication.
- Analyze results and seek continuous improvement.
