What to Expect
- We are looking for a highly motivated individual to accelerate our vehicle-level testing for Autopilot features. The ADAS Technical Program Manager is an integral part of the test team and will be in charge for the coordination of various programs, oversight and tracking of multiple management milestones and execution goals.
- This full-time role may require traveling (up to 30%) to various domestic and international destinations as necessary to support business objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Work collaboratively with vehicle programs, software & hardware engineering teams and supervision to develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and performance metrics for test projects.
- Work in-depth with engineering teams to understand the project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively eliminate or escalate them.
- Regularly communicate requirements, deliverables and critical dates to all stakeholders and drive them to successful and timely resolution.
- Prepare and present executive summaries and detailed progress reports for leadership & other engineering teams.
- Actively monitor relevant regulatory frameworks and rating requirements & participate in industry working groups.
- Act as liaison for external vendors & regulatory entities.

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of program planning experience in development and validation, or equivalent area preferred
- Strong technical background in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience with complex data investigation, visualization and presentation for data driven recommendation
- Experience with Python, Tableau, and version control systems (Git) preferred
- Excellent supervision and communication abilities to effectively guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
