**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
- Understand and articulate the needs and requirements of clients to develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct research and analysis of the office furniture market to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build brand awareness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Use a CRM system to track and manage leads and opportunities.
