El operario de Desarrollo Galénico

El operario de Desarrollo Galénico (Chemist I) se encarga de realizar todos los ensayos requeridos a escala laboratorio para el desarrollo de formulaciones, escalado y desarrollo de proceso de fabricación. Así como de la gestión del laboratorio de desarrollo galénico. Desarrolla su función de acuerdo con las normas GMP y FDA aplicables al mercado al que se dirija el producto, así como a los criterios de calidad y a los procedimientos internos de la compañía.
- Ejecución de las pruebas requeridas para escalar un proceso de fabricación e implementar el proceso en planta, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos.
- Participación a nível experimental en el desarrollo y optimización de las fórmulas propuestas.
- Realizar el mantenimiento y manejo de los equipos del laboratorio de desarrollo galénico.
- Encargarse de la gestión general, orden y limpieza del laboratorio de desarrollo galénico.
- Soporte en los procesos de fabricación en planta a los técnicos de desarrollo galénico.
- Colaborar en la formación del personal en prácticas.
- Desempeñar sus funciones siguiendo los criterios de calidad, las normas de seguridad e higiene establecidos por la compañía.
