Local Prospector for Storage

Our Development Business Line is looking for a Local Prospector for Storage who will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaboration with the development team for the insertion of storage units in projects under development (solar PV and wind);
- Represent Voltalia before the local authorities and local stakeholders;
- Search for new sites for the development of hybrid and standalone storage projects;
- Identification of landowners;
- Negotiation capacity of lease and purchase agreements, surface rights in rural/ industrial areas;
- Support to the development team in administrative procedures;
- Obtaining permitting necessary for the insertion of storage units (either hybrid or standalone);
- Prospection of possible local partnerships with the local authorities, providers to support the development of the projects.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years of experience in greenfield development in Spain and in the identification and acquisition of land, permitting with local authorities;
- Good local network with grid operators (REE and distribution companies);
- Good knowledge of regulatory framework in Spain;
- Availability for national travels through Spain.
