Visitor Assistance Officer

Job Related Responsibilities:

- Reception of visitors
- Documentation and administrative management of hiring related to the SO project
- Economic justification of scholarships related to the SO project (JAE and FPI)
- Document management of visitor programs, trainings and colloquia for the SO project
- Liaison and consultative support in resolving visitor issues/incidents
- Support and advice on immigration procedures
- Office management support
- Assist in organizing strategic events and training activities

Evaluation Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree required
- English language qualification: B2 or higher required
- Fluency in other languages
- Experience in HR and international relations
- Organized, proactive, social, team player
