**JOB SUMMARY**

The **Group Photoshop Manager** reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for the photography and videography requirements of all the properties.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Some of the duties and responsibilities of the Group Photoshop Manager are**:

- Ensure Photographers maximize on all photo opportunities
- Ensure Photographers are present at hotel functions unless told otherwise e.g. staff awards, sports day, and cocktail party.
- Ensure Photo props are in place for special occasions / events
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in photography, videography and editing of both
- Fluent in photographic and videography software
- Experience with weddings and retail sale of photographs and video
- Proven experience in managing others
- Warm pleasant personality and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be flexible in scheduling and prioritization relating to tasks completion and highly self-motivated
- Proficient in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Dependable, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to live on the North Coast or Negril area.
- Have the ability to organize teams and execute projects flawlessly
