JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is a temporary contract for 3 months, extension possible.

**Tasks**:
- Perform VAT balance sheet accounts analysis- VAT analysis work to determine validity of received VAT for invoices- Assist in gathering necessary backup support documentation for VAT reporting, purposes (valid invoices, self-billing addendums, etc.)- Manage issues and incidences related to Hotelbeds self-billing invoices- Contact/visit suppliers to provide updated reports, follow-up on pending invoices, challenges, etc.- Coordinate training and assistance to suppliers finance teams on VAT related processes- Work closely with various internal business functions, global, local or centralized, where their involvement is required to define specific solutions to be implemented: Legal, Tax, Sourcing, etc.

Skills needed:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Tourism- Tax invoices management experience is desirable- Proficient command of both spoken and written English and Arabic- Ability to build relationships within the organization at all levels- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel as well as SAP and Tableau- Analytical skills combined with proactiveness and a can-do attitude
