**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including homeowners, property investors, and other real estate professionals, to introduce our real estate properties, services, and investment opportunities.
- Qualify leads and gather information about their real estate needs, budget, and preferences to determine the most suitable properties or services to offer.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their questions, and offering relevant information about properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Present and describe property features, benefits, and pricing options to potential buyers or investors, highlighting unique selling points and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Collaborate with the real estate sales team to develop effective sales strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, investors, or target markets for specific properties or services.

**Requirements**:

- English native speaker. Other languages will be a plus.
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Persuasive and confident personality with the ability to handle objections and rejections.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and follow-up on leads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
