Resumen del puesto:
El Gestor de Proyectos planificará, dirigirá y garantizará el resultado satisfactorio de los proyectos utilizando los equipos de proyecto asignados, así como las normas, prácticas y herramientas establecidas en Flowserve. Trabajará directamente con las partes interesadas internas y externas para garantizar que toda la actividad del proyecto se informa regularmente al cliente y se realiza según las especificaciones técnicas acordadas y los términos y condiciones del proyecto.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Demostrar propiedad y responsabilidad por la ejecución total del proyecto, el rendimiento y la seguridad (desde el inicio del proyecto hasta su finalización) en todos los proyectos asignados.
- Impulsar la mejora de las relaciones con los clientes mediante la creación de un entorno de trabajo libre de circunstancias o percepciones desfavorables para cualquiera de las partes, que cumpla o supere las expectativas de rendimiento del cliente.
- Garantizar un "pedido limpio" antes de comenzar a trabajar en un proyecto asignado y utilizar el sistema de gestión de cambios para controlar el alcance del trabajo y el coste asociado, durante toda la vida del proyecto.
- Coordinar las actividades de todos los informes matriciales (por proyecto).
- Responsable de la gestión de las expectativas de gasto en cada Proyecto asignado.
- Comunicar a todas las partes interesadas los hitos del proyecto, las actualizaciones de estado, así como cualquier problema de escalado existente o potencial del cliente. Seguir los procesos de escalado adecuados y asumir la propiedad general de todos los informes.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência en gestión de programas/proyectos.
- Excelente presentación, habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, incluyendo experiência en facilitación de reuniones y talleres.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, resolver problemas y conflictos.
- Experiência en el uso de Microsoft Office.
- Excelente capacidad de estimación, programación y presupuestación.
- Experiência demostrada en gestión de riesgos y cambios
- Experiência en equipos rotativos
- Adaptabilidad, flexibilidad y proactividad.
- Licenciatura o diplomatura en el campo pertinente y 3-5 años de experiência pertinente
- Cinturón verde, cinturón negro o experiência en formación Lean.
