**Plan de formación propuesto**
El** **Departamento Médico General Medicines** de GSK en España se enfoca en el manejo y desarrollo del portafolio de fármacos destinados a la farmacia comunitaria, con un enfoque particular en el tratamiento de patologías respiratorias. El equipo de Medical Affairs trabaja para asegurar el rigor científico y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos legales e internos de la compañía.
**Objetivos Formativos**:
- ** Capacidad de análisis**: Desarrollar habilidades para realizar revisiones científicas, búsqueda bibliográfica y análisis de información relevante.
- ** Comunicación oral y escrita**: Mejorar la capacidad de comunicación científica mediante la elaboración de monografías, diapositivas y notas de prensa.
- ** Trabajo en equipo**: Participar en proyectos con diversos departamentos como Marketing, Ventas y Relaciones con Sociedades Científicas.
**Competencias Profesionales Específicas**:
- ** Investigación Científica**: Desarrollar competencias para planificar y crear materiales educativos y campañas informativas, asegurando el rigor científico y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos legales e internos de la compañía.
- ** Creación de Material Educativo**: Aprender a crear materiales de entrenamiento, educación y promoción, y participar en la organización de eventos científicos.
- ** Gestión de Información**: Adquirir habilidades para manejar alertas bibliográficas y resaltar datos y mensajes importantes sobre productos, áreas terapéuticas y competidores.

**Requisitos básicos**:
- ** Estudiante universitario de grado a falta de TFG/PFC o Titulado universitario de grado**: Grado en Biomedicina, Grado en Medicina, Grado en Farmacia, Grado en Bioquímica, Grado en Biotecnología.
- ** Inglés (nível C1)**: Utilizar el inglés en la comunicación diaria y en la elaboración de documentos técnicos y presentaciones.
- ** Herramientas Informáticas (Microsoft Office)**: Manejar herramientas informáticas básicas para la gestión de proyectos y la elaboración de informes y presentaciones.
**Aptitudes del Candidato**:
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Habilidades de comunicación y diseño de presentaciones.
