**Misión**:
Funciones:

- Mantenimiento de las operaciones vivas gestionando con rapidez y eficiencia cualquier petición del cliente.
- Elaboración de cálculos financieros y presentaciones a diferentes comités internos.
- Comunicación con aseguradoras.
- Colaboración activa en las reuniones con negocio mostrando una actitud proactiva destacando todos los puntos relevantes que sean de interés general y que deban acompañar al correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones.
- Impulsar una cultura de excelencia y calidad mostrando una sólida actitud de control de riesgo asegurando el reporte y escalado de todos los eventos de riesgo operacional a través de los canales establecidos.
- Implementar acciones acordadas (cumplimiento de los procedimientos acordados, medidas de KPI, etc...) asegurando que todos los riesgos se gestionan adecuadamente, trabajando en línea con las recomendaciones de los equipos de auditoria y de cumplimiento y con las nuevas regulaciones que puedan surgir.

Experiência como: Middle Office /Back Office( Deseable)
Junior. Idiomas inglés C1
Excel nível medio
Capacidad de gestión de la presión
Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y organizativas
Excelente atención al detalle
