**The mission of this role**

Give support to the Quadpack Legal department. In this role, you will learn about how multinational Legal department works and you will expand your knowledge of the area.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review of contracts of the group companies (supply, confidentiality agreements, distribution, sales, manufacturing, general conditions, codes of conduct, etc.)
- Drafting contracts and different legal documentation required by the different companies in the group.
- Review and improvement of the different models (templates, guides, policies)
- Analysis and monitoring of activities related to GDPR
- Resolution of the group's different legal queries
- Support in the management and classification of corporate and commercial documentation (deeds/minutes/internal policies/powers of attorney)
- Management of administrative tasks of the department (commercial registry and other organizations)
- Searches for patents, industrial models, designs, etc., in the different industrial property offices (EUIPO, OEPM, USPTO, etc.)

- Tasks of the corporate secretary (drafting minutes, certificates, presentation of accounts, books, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Law Degree or Master student
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Advanced English and Spanish level
- Available for an internship agreement
