We are looking for our next **IT Financial Administrative Support** responsible for the overall control of the IT Budget and all related purchasing and invoicing tasks of the IT department.

This role acts as a single point of contact for IT services & projects budget related topics for all internal local and global stakeholders within the organization and plays a key enabler role to achieve financial targets.

As a member of the Local IT team and reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Administrative Support is responsible for providing end-to-end control of the financials and procurement of the IT department. The role will have a dotted line with the Financial Manager and will closely work with finance team.

The role holder will seek and leverage opportunities in order to rationalize, mutualize and optimize the IT Budget, allowing sustainable savings in BAU cost.

In the other hand, the role holder will execute purchase orders, monitor expenses, and will report financial status to the Local and Global IT budget process owners.

**What would be your functions?**
- Manage operationally the IT Budget
- Take control and request the required Purchase Orders in the assigned AXA tool.
- Monitor the invoicing of the IT services, licensing, projects, and all purchases.
- Liaise with vendors to define and adjust billing format and amounts.
- Purchase IT equipment and software.
- Take hands-on control of the IT Budget spreadsheet in collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
- Monitor the structure, calendar and cost of the Internal IT Employees.
- Gather information and fulfil documentation for IT mandatory surveys and audits On-Time and On-Quality.
- Support on the assets and contracts inventory, documentation and control tasks.

**Your Profile** You are perfect for this role if you have**:

- Proven experience managing financial budgets
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with procurement processes and tools
- Written and oral fluency in English (B2)
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Solid expertise in Excel spreadsheet
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and within constraints
- Resilience, capacity to work in a matrix environment and changing organization
- Ability to learn and work with new digital tools
- Capacity to develop a strong partnership with local/regional stakeholders
- Knowledge in generating process documentation is desirable
- IT knowledge and background is a plus
