What do we offer you?
Paid annual scholarship of €1,000 net per month and 18 days holiday.
Training and 12-month internship agreement with The Power MBA.
**4-day work-week**: we work 34 hours within a 4-day work-week to promote creativity and work-life balance. In addition, we have flexible start and finish times and one day of teleworking.
**Offices open to the sea**: we are located in Barceloneta, facing the Mediterranean Sea. The views inspire us and the environment allows us to enjoy a healthy lifestyle: doing sport, cycling, walking or eating outdoors.

What are we looking for?
A university degree in Journalism, PR, Marketing or related fields with professional experience.
Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
Experience in PR/PRESS departments or communications agencies, ideally in international environments.
Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
High level of English. Other languages are a plus.
Immediate incorporation
What will your role be?
**Public Relations**:
Collaborate with the team to manage key relationships with influencers, celebrities, and stylists, ensuring maximum impact.
Identify new PR opportunities and collaborations for Desigual.
Support the organization of events and brand activations (fashion shows, collection launches, meetings, etc.).
Contribute to the success of the communications team by monitoring, analyzing, and preparing regular presentations to communicate PR outcomes, optimizing based on these results.
Maintain and update the influencer, celebrity, and stylist database.
Assist in coordinating with external PR agencies.
**Press**:
Support new collection launches by preparing all assets.
Prepare detailed media activity reports and press reviews.
Assist in drafting press releases, translations, press kit preparation, and distribution.
Manage and update the press database to ensure it is current and optimized.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from key media contacts, providing clear, accurate information.
**Showroom**:
Coordinate the showroom with team members and external PR agencies.
Manage sample requests, logistics, and shipments for media shoots and influencer, celebrity, and stylist loans.
Be proactive in exploring different styling and dressing opportunities.
**Additional Tasks**:
Stay updated on trends and key competitors in all markets to identify improvement areas.
Draft internal and external presentations.
Provide support for internal communications.
