**Description**:
RDT Ingenieros is an innovative company whose scope of action is the development of advanced engineering projects, working in sectors such as: Aeronautics, Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Industry, Petrochemicals, Capital Goods, Consumer Goods and many more.

At RDT Ingenieros we have offices, both nationally and internationally: Bilbao, Barcelona, Tarragona, Abrera, Madrid, Pamplona, Beasain, UK, France, Denmark, Morocco, Chile, and Mexico (Puebla and Mexico DF).

We are searching a proactive, dedicated, responsible and motivated person to join our powertrain calibration team, who wants to grow professionally in a challenging and permanent evolving enviroment.

Main tasks:

- Perform chassis dyno and/or engine bench testing, depending of the calibration area responsibilities and project.
- Pre-processing, executing, fine tuning and post-processing of tests on test beds and in vehicles for the following items:

- Basic or Advanced calibration
- Road calibration
- Test bench calibration
- Environmental Validation
- Final Validation
- Building of one dataset package (one Control-Unit-project/Software part number and the derivates of one carline) for development including entire DSM for the project-milestones
- Analysis of systems for documentation concerning one dataset package incl. one SW (one Control-Unit-project and the derivates of one carline). Corresponding generation of part numbers and documentation in parts list.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven capability of working independently as well as a part of large and small teams
- Basic knowledge of vehicle and powertrain systems
- High commitment and self-motivation as well as excellent team and communication skills
- Well-structured and very target oriented working style
- Fluency in Spanish as well as English, German would be a plus
- Driving license class B
- Experienced employees as well as recently graduated people are welcome

Preferred requirement (not limitating):

- Desirable knowledge of thermodynamics and Internal combustion engines
- Deep understanding of the development and calibration process
- Experience with industry standard powertrain calibration toolsets and data acquisition systems, for example INCA, Concerto, CAMEO, Matlab,CRETA
