**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with policies and legislation and proper implementation of Group Policies and Instructions.
- Deliver a wide range of legal and integrity services, in particular, but not limited to drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts and other legal documents from vendors, customers and other third parties, including machinery and robotics purchase and sale contracts, terms and conditions, technology contracts, collaboration and consortium agreements, development or pilot agreements, settlement agreement, etc.
- The contractual management of the aforementioned contracts once they have been entered into, in particular, the monitoring of the fulfilment of the obligations by the ABB's customers, partners, and suppliers, the management of the corresponding notifications under such contracts and the management of claims in the pre-litigation phase, if applicable.
- Assist the local business in meeting the goals by providing commercially sound legal advice in addition to information and analysis on changes in law, Group policies and Instructions and promote actions for their implementation.
- Assist in assist in investigation and resolution of any integrity issues, support Integrity processes.
- Identify and evaluate potential legal risks, develop and update local templates and instructions as required.

**Your background**:

- Lawyer with at least 8 years of working experience in other multinational company or law firm.
- Advanced level of oral and written English & Spanish is essential.
- Self-motivated and able work independently.
- Preferably someone with a practical mind-set, with experience in multicultural environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ABB policies and procedures would be a plus.
