**CUALIFICACIONES**:

- Ser un apasionado de nuestra marca impulsada por el rendimiento
- Personalidad extrovertida con excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Dominio del idioma local y/o inglés
- Demostradas habilidades de colaboración y capacidad para trabajar bien en equipo
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido
- Capacidad para trabajar en un horario flexible

**Purpose of Role**:
El mozo de almacén ayuda a alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI). Para ello, asegura que el flujo de mercancías del almacén a la zona de ventas sea eficiente y efectivo con el finde optimizar el potencial de ventas. Este puesto queda a cargo del responsable de tienda y se ocupa de seguirtodos los aspectos relacionados con los procedimientos operativos estándar en el almacén (descritos en el manual de operaciones de ventas/SOP), así como de cumplir con los estándares de la marca en materia de envíos, rocesamiento, reposición, descuentos, mercancías e inventario cíclico. El mozo de almacén asume las responsabilidades del especialista en ventas en su ausencia

**RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE**:
**Ventas y omnichannel**
- Proporcionar asistencia directa a deportistas en materia de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de KPI de ventas establecidos por el responsable de tienda.

**Imagen de marca y experiência del cliente**
- Ejercer como ejemplo de la cultura de servicio de UA y satisfacer las expectativas de los clientes.
- Comunicar el mensaje de marca según el modelo de servicio de UA al ayudar a los deportistas.
- Incorporar conocimientos sobre productos en el proceso de venta gracias a la formación recibida.

**Funciones en tienda**
- Adaptarse a los estándares relacionados con la mercancía y la configuración de productos.
- Cumplir con las políticas y los procedimientos de UA.
- Completar los procesos operativos y de efectivo (manuales o sistemáticos) de acuerdo con la formación recibida.
- Cumplir con el código de vestimenta y las políticas de asistencia de Under Armour.
- Trabajar las horas programadas en la política de asistencia de Under Armour.

**Colaboración con el equipo y desarrollo personal**
- Colaborar con el resto del personal para alcanzar los objetivos de la tienda.
- Asumir la responsabilidad de desarrollarse y aprovechar las oportunidades de crecimiento personal para mejorar el rendimiento.

**REQUISITOS BÁSICOS**:

- Conocimientos avanzados de aritmética, lectoescritura, escucha y comunicación
- Fluidez en el idioma local.
- Uso experto de ordenadores y otros dispositivos tecnológicos.
- Competencias de colaboración demostradas y facilidad para el trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad demostrada de trabajar en un ambiente basado en plazos con un ritmo intenso.

**REQUISITOS HABITUALES**:

- 0-3 meses de experiência en tiendas de deportes, ropa o calzado.
