Unéte al equipo de **Distribution Delivery Center **en el rol de **_Distribution Delivery Center Manager_**
**Esta posición tendrá como responsabilidades principales**:
Entregar a los clientes sus pedidos con conformidad al Acuerdo de Nível de Servicio definido por L’Oréal. Optimizar el coste del servicio (costes, plazos, calidad) y garantizar la gestión de las actividades logísticas relacionadas (Co-packing, etc.) para asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes:
- De acuerdo con las normas definidas por el Acuerdo de Nível de Servicio (SLA) entre las filiales/clientes y el Centro de Entrega de distribución, participar con el en la definición de las normas operativas (calidad, plazos, transferencia de información, etc.).
- Definir los presupuestos y los costes operativos y dimensionar los recursos necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos.
- Dirigir la política de medio ambiente, salud y seguridad con el SHE del centro y velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos del Centro de Entrega, especialmente en materia de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
- Optimizar los medios logísticos físicos y los flujos administrativos para mejorar el rendimiento y garantizar la fiabilidad de las existencias (inventario).
- En función de la organización, participar en la definición de nuevas estrategias de distribución y optimización de la Distribución Física con los departamentos comerciales, los clientes y el Servicio de Atención al Cliente.
- Construir y animar las herramientas y los indicadores de rendimiento del Centro de Entrega.
- Ser responsable de la conformidad del Centro de Entrega con la legislación local vigente y con las normas del Grupo. Animar las relaciones con los interlocutores sociales.

- Capacidad de aprendizaje continuo
- Sensible a la estrategia y a los objetivos empresariales
- Trabajo en equipo en un equipo multidisciplinar y diverso
- Gestión de proyectos
- Dominio del inglés (obligatorio)
- Al menos 3 años en un puesto similar
