This is an **exciting opportunity for a student/recent graduate** to help **executing the people agenda in a complex and international environment.** Our HR agenda is focused on building a **meaningful impact on people's lives**. Supporting Swiss Re, business unit colleagues and the local HR team, your focus will be supporting the **day-to-day recruiting and onboarding operations **in the Spanish team, driving operational excellence, and championing agile change.

**About the Role**

As an HR Operations Intern you will work together with the Spanish HR Team, especially supporting the onboarding of our new joiners. Your main task will be:

- Support our **onboarding and offboarding processes and system creation of new joiners**:

- Assist with **offer and contract generation.**:

- Help with the **benefits enrollment process **from an administrative perspective (Pension Plan, Health Insurance, and medical examinations)
- **Report and Data analysis.**:

- Ensure the correct **filing of employee’s documents** in the company archive.
- General **HR administration tasks** (time management, HR compliance)
- Support **internal communication**:

- Being the **first point of contact for new joiners**:

- Support the People Manager and HR Operations Advisor as required.

Kindly note, we offer this position for **temporary** period of 6 months as of **September 2023.**

We support our internal customers based in Spain but also **work closely with HR global functions and centers of expertise **such as Rewards, Recruitment and Diversity Equity and Inclusion. We're a **friendly curious team **that is always working to improve our processes et be more efficient.

**About You**

**Essentials**:

- Being eligible for an internship (signed agreement with University / Business School)
- Spanish speaker with excellent level of business English as all our communications are in English.

**Nice to have**:

- Degree in Human Resources and International Management
