Financial Controller

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller who leverages best practices to support our ambitious plans for 2023 and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production of group and subsidiary financial statements.
- Relationship with key stakeholders such as investors and group auditors.
- Formalization of group accounting policies and procedures.
- Integration of new businesses into the group structure and processes.
- Lead the planning and forecasting process.
- Analyze actuals vs. budgets, report deviations and drive corrective actions.
- Design, implement and measure KPIs to help steer the business.
- Support the Group CFO in specific projects and assignments.

**Experience Required**
- Finance Professional with 3+ years of experience in an international environment.
- Experience in working with multiple currencies, in a complex intercompany environment.
- Experience with accounting systems (knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign highly valued).
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines, work to tight schedules and provide a fast and efficient turnaround of tasks and problem resolutions.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organisation, across various departments.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
