Our founder, Bill Kimpton rebelled against impersonal, generic hospitality that makes people feel disconnected. He initiated a new boutique hotel standard and environment where people could connect, from the heart. That was the goal then, and it is still our purpose today.

Te encargarás de dar apoyo en todos los aspectos relacionados con la limpieza y orden de la lencería del hotel.

Reportarás a Housekeeping Manager.

**Tu día a día**

Cumplir con las normas de seguridad e higiene establecidas.

Cuidar, ordenar, limpiar y mantener en perfecto estado la lencería.

Conocer y cumplir todas las políticas, procedimientos y normas del departamento.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares.

Control/organización de los procesos que se hacen internamente

Coordinación/comunicación con el resto de departamentos.

Manejar las máquinas de planchar y lavar de acuerdo con las especificaciones.

Asegurarse del buen funcionamiento de la maquinaria coordinando con SS.TT.

Asegurarse de que las quejas de los clientes se resuelven a tiempo.

Informar a la gobernanta sobre las situaciones especiales.

Interactuar de forma cortés y profesional con todos los huéspedes, el personal y los miembros de la comunidad.
