**The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC)** is an international center dedicated to education, research, and innovation. With a diverse student body representing over 80 different nationalities, IAAC fosters a collaborative and multicultural environment for the exchange of ideas and knowledge. IAAC offers a wide range of programs, including master’s degrees, workshops, and research projects, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and sustainable design practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Admissions Strategy**: Develop and implement a goal-oriented admissions strategy that aligns with IAAC’s mission and objectives. Set measurable targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and continuously improve the admissions process.

3. **Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with prospective students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admissions cycle. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

4. **Recruitment Activities**: Actively engage in recruitment activities with a focus on achieving specific targets for student enrollment. Attend events, and conferences to promote IAAC and attract high-potential applicants.

5. **Admissions Policies and Procedures**: Develop and update admissions policies with a goal-oriented approach, ensuring they support the institute’s objectives while maintaining compliance with regulations. Streamline procedures and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and achieve admissions goals.

6. **Collaborative Partnerships**: Collaborate closely with IAAC’s academic departments, faculty, and administrative staff to understand program requirements and student profiles, ensuring admissions decisions align with the institute’s goals. Provide input on selection criteria and actively contribute to achieving the desired student body composition.

7. **Data Management and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of applicant data and generate goal-oriented reports and analysis. Monitor key metrics, such as conversion rates and applicant demographics, to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

10. **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously evaluate lead generation and nurturing strategies, analyzing data and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead management and implement innovative approaches to enhance IAAC’s ability to attract and convert prospective applicants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business administration, communication, or a related discipline). A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a related field, preferably in an international or educational institution.
- Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape and trends in architecture and design education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with admissions management systems, databases, and data analysis tools.
- Passion for architecture, design, and education, with a commitment to fostering a multicultural and inclusive learning environment.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- _Knowledge of WordPress, including the ability to update and maintain website content, create landing pages, and manage online forms. Proficiency in HTML and CSS would be an advantage._

**Starting Date and Hours**: This is a full-time, in-person position requiring 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. The work hours are from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. The starting date for the position is September 11th, 2023.
