**Account Executive**

- **Salary**: €40k-€60k (experience-based) + uncapped commission (OTE: €80k in Y1, €160k in Y2, €250k in Y3)

**What we offer**:
- Base salary of €40k-€60k + uncapped commission

**What you bring**:
- 1-3 years of Sales or Business Development experience (valued but not essential)
- A commission-driven mindset and a strong desire to excel
- Competitive spirit and exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a strong reason behind your drive to succeed
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build a pipeline by researching and qualifying high-value corporate clients
- Engage with C-level executives of businesses with €30m-€500m turnover, primarily through cold calling
- Identify client pain points and consult on how Alpha’s solutions can address them
- Learn from six senior mentors, including Managing Directors and Partners, who will guide your professional growth
- Collaborate with strategists and analysts to present tailored risk management solutions to clients, ultimately learning to develop these solutions independently
