**SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Project Manager **in Virtual Assistant Area, your mission will be your assume overall responsibility for project planning and execution.

The goal of the Virtual Assistant Area is to develop use cases at the business units (countries and/or speedboats) with the goal of reducing the incoming calls at the Contac Centers as well as to increase the Client relationship with the bank, through automating conversations.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities, IT governance processes and the sponsor’s expectations.
- Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors.
- The go-to contact person for the It project.
- Ensures compliance with the duration of sprints (time boxing), routines (duration, content) and interactions within the team and with stakeholders.
- Helps the team to work autonomously while improving. Participates in resolving issues and getting around organization and process obstacles.
- Ensures that the team remains concentrated on completing the product while shielding them from outside interferences.

EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in similar roles.
- Experience in managing an IT Agile and Digital Transformation projects.

EDUCATION
- Technical Degree in computer science, engineering or Degree in Business Administration.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira.
- Project-oriented vision with strong commitment on due dates.
- Nice to have experience as a Scrum Master in agile methodology.
