**Position Summary**:
NexGen Cloud, a dynamic and rapidly growing cloud technology company, is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Tech Recruiter at NexGen Cloud, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our company's growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Employer Branding: Actively promote NexGen Cloud as an employer of choice. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry professionals, and other talent sources to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the technology industry.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media platforms, and job boards.

**Good to have**:

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadline
- Data Analytics Skills: Ability to analyse recruitment data.
- Employer Branding: Knowledge of promoting the company as an employer of choice.
