Avec beaucoup d'audace, le déploiement de la marque prévoit autour de 100 points de vente dans les 5 prochaines années.

**Vos missions**:
Votre mission principale est de faire vivre une réelle expérience personnalisée et authentique à votre client et de former votre équipe en ce sens avec exigence.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Accueillir la clientèle, s'intéresser à son client, et créer un lien de confiance avec lui
- Ecouter, échanger et partager un moment agréable de convivialité
- Présenter les articles, développer une argumentation techniques sur les produits et les mettre en valeur à travers un discours et une posture.
- Veiller au maintien de l'image du point de vente
- Veiller à la tenue des stocks pour être à même de satisfaire en permanence la clientèle
- Fidéliser une clientèle
- Assurer un service après vente de qualité
- Promouvoir la marque à travers un management irréprochable de votre équipe en la motivant quotidiennement
- Etre garant de la remontée des informations au service RH concernant la paie de votre équipe

**Profil recherché**
- Expérience d'au moins 2 ans réussie dans le secteur Retail
- Bonne écoute et sens du relationnel
- Sens du service et de la persuasion
- Excellente présentation et très bonne élocution
- Très bon niveau en anglais commercial

- Ensure impeccable service throughout the visit, whether the customer is making a purchase or not.
- Ensure that the image of the brand is maintained.
- Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team.
- Ensuring that stocks are kept up to date so that customers are always satisfied.
- Respecting internal procedures.
- Developing customer loyalty.
- Ensuring quality after-sales service.
