Human Resources Trainee

**About the role**:
We are looking for an HR Intern to support the Unit HR on all the people-related tasks, this role will be based in our industrial plant located in Sabadell (Barcelona, Spain). You will have the opportunity to learn, create and grow with us, being a key part of our team, you will be full of challenges and opportunities.

**Main responsibilities**
- Onboarding & Community Engagement _
- Provide support to the HR team, assisting with new hires (preparing welcome pack, onboarding) and other benefits.
- Design our employer branding strategy to improve our brand awareness and help us attract the best talent
- Help drive internal communication for the division in close alignment with the local teams.
- Create content for social media - to drive conversion of the target audience into potential employees using responsive and captivating social media content.
- Create and manage a communication plan for special days (International Woman Day, Pride,.).
- Support on the recruitment processes: job posting, filtering, and organizing interviews. Explore new partnership opportunities with schools/universities
- Events _
- Propose innovative initiatives and identify the most relevant events in the market to participate in (eg. engineering women in automotive)
- Plan and set up fun company events to help our CSR strategy. Distribute all necessary info to promote the event including creation and posting.

**What we’re looking for**

The ideal person would be a social media native with:

- You are studying a degree or master’s in psychology, HR, Marketing, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Catalan will be a plus).
- Experience in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Learning Agility & Creative Skills.
- Interest in attracting and recruiting for manufacturing environments (industrial plant based).
- Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player & friendly
