**Marketing Coordinator - Toy Industry**:

We are looking for a marketing coordinator to support an international toy company in the beautiful Madrid. You must have experience with toys and/or retail with a focus on kids as well understatement of all the nuances of having two different targets - buyer and consumer. The salary is between €30k to €35k gross per year.

**Responsibilities: Marketing Coordinator - Toy Industry**:
As a seasoned Marketing Coordinator, your expertise will be pivotal in crafting and implementing a robust brand strategy that resonates with the company's vision and aspirations.

Your task package will include:

- Identify the targets and how best approach;
- Define the brand's unique value proposition and positioning within the competitive toy market;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns of the brand, adjusting strategies as needed for maximum impact;
- Manage brand messaging and communication across all channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image;
- Define and manage with the Marketing Manager the brand's marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve brand objectives;
- Coordinate with outside agencies and vendors as needed for marketing campaigns and creative projects;
- Work together with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, production, and retail partners, to ensure the success of the brand;
- Generate periodic reports on the performance of the brand, incorporating sales numbers and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements: Marketing Coordinator - Toy Industry**:
Please take in consideration that we are looking for someone that has experience within the toy industry and/or retail with a focus on kids.
- 4 years of experience in brand management inside the toy and/or retail industry is a must;
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the toy industry;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills;
- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools;
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

**The Offer: Marketing Coordinator - Toy Industry**:
A salary indication is between €30.000 - €35.000 gross per year based on full-time.
