**PROPAMSA**:

PROPAMSA empresa puntera en morteros cola, morteros monocapa y morteros especiales lleva más de 85 años en el mercado innovando productos y soluciones para la construcción. Desde el año 2010 con la incorporación de BETEC ha permitido la ampliación de productos especiales.

**Descripción de la oferta**:
**¿Tú reto?**

Tendrás como misión principal liderar el proceso de planificación, ejecución y control de todas las operaciones que se llevan a cabo dentro de la cadena de suministro con el objetivo de ofrecer la mayor satisfacción posible al cliente. Este proceso abarca desde el almacenaje de las materias primas hasta el inventario del producto final.

La posición se englobará en el área de Operaciones reportando directamente al Operations Project manager.

**Funciones principales**
- Planificar e implementar la estrategia de la cadena de suministro, así como los requerimientos de compras de materiales.
- Diseñar los flujos de mercancía y de trabajo dentro del almacén.
- Gestionar y coordinar el proceso de transporte de materiales desde el proveedor hasta el cliente, encargándose de todo el proceso intermedio, asegurando la entrega a tiempo y en condiciones óptimas.
- Negociar las condiciones con los proveedores para asegurar el abastecimiento de las materias primas y productos comerciales.
- Control sobre los volúmenes de stock para dar respuesta a los pedidos vigentes y planificaciones manteniendo una rotación dentro de los parámetros óptimos marcados por la compañía.
- Mejorar los procesos de la cadena de suministro y su eficiencia.
- Definir y analizar los KPI logísticos para medir el éxito y la eficiencia de cada uno de los procesos.
- Investigación de nuevos modelos de gestión de almacén, de expedición de mercancía o de fabricación de productos con el objetivo de optimizar al máximo los recursos del almacén.
- Liderar y desarrollar las personas integrantes del equipo logístico a su cargo.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué necesitamos que aportes?**
- Ingeniero Superior en Organización Industrial o bien Ingeniero técnico Industrial con Máster en Cadena de Suministro.
- Experiência mínima demostrable entre 3 y 6 años en posición similar en logística, cadena de suministro u operaciones.
- Persona con iniciativa, proactiva, resolutiva, con habilidades de comunicación, planificación y organización, dotes de liderazgo.
- Experiência en el manejo de softwares de gestión (ERP’s).
- Nível de Excel avanzado.
- Valorable aportar conocimientos en SAP, especialmente módulos MM, PP y SD, además de haber trabajado en proyectos de digitalización de la cadena de suministro.
