We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

B2B Marketing team is looking to establish good relationships with different partners, such as service agencies, business organizations, NGOs, etc., and together support partners with the vision of having everyone make great achievements on TikTok.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and discover resources: according to business direction, collect the information of partner leads, potential partners, local agencies, etc.
- Business communication: support communication to partners, business partners to close collaboration
- Activities: support with the execution of any online and offline 2B marketing activities such as webinar, workshop, event, etc.
- Analysis: periodically analyze the efficiency of business by collecting data, summarizing outcome, proposing optimization plan, etc.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or in your final year going on to study a Masters, graduating in 2025
- Written and verbal proficient in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask and be organised
- Handle high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and background with commerce, social media or marketing is a plus
