Para nuestra delegación de trabajo temporal ubicada en Granollers necesitamos incorporar un/a Responsable de oficina para la coordinación tanto el personal como la operativa de la oficina a través del liderazgo por valores y los estándares de calidad marcados por la organización. También realizará funciones comerciales.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?
- Captación y fidelización de clientes
- Asignar peticiones a los People Recruiter y seguimiento de ratios de coberturas y tiempo de respuesta a cliente.
- Seleccionar los perfiles de las peticiones asignadas.
- Realizar gestiones administrativas diarias y mensuales vinculadas a la operativa (Contratos, introducción de horas, facturación, IT).
- Solucionar incidencias con trabajadores y clientes.
- Solicitar peticiones comerciales cuando fuera necesario.
- Interlocución directa con los diferentes departamentos de CIS para todos los temas de la oficina.
- Velar por mantener las desviaciones que influyan en la rentabilidad.

**Requisitos**: ¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?

Valorable experiência en el sector del Trabajo Temporal en un puesto similar o en el liderazgo de oficina y personas. Se valorarán conocimientos en RRHH.

Ser una persona responsable, con actitud proactiva, iniciativa y capacidad para asumir responsabilidades.

**Formación**: Deseable formación universitaria (preferiblemente Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o ADE).

**Idiomas**:Castellano y catalán hablados y escritos correctamente.
