Desde CBRE GWS estamos buscando un/a técnico/a de mantenimiento para realizar el mantenimiento de unos de nuestros clientes del sector logística, ubicado en Murcia
Instalación/Mantenimiento/Reparación de Instalaciones Eléctricas (Baja Tensión), Climatización, PCI e instalaciones generales de edificio desempeñando como principales funciones las siguientes tareas:
Diagnóstico y reparación de averías
Revisión de equipos y componentes
Automatismos: control y maniobra de las instalaciones
Interpretación de esquemas electromecánicos
Puesta en marcha diaria de instalaciones
Inspección diaria de las instalaciones
Atención primaria de incidencias y averías
Supervisión de mantenimientos realizados por proveedores
Realización de pequeñas reparaciones (cerrajería, fontanería, etc...)
Disponibilidad horaria para atención de incidencias y trabajo adicionales en fines de semana.
Conocer los procedimientos del cliente, trasmitirlos y velar por ellos.
Canalizar las sugerencias, incidencias y el día a día con los servicios de mantenimiento a su cargo.
- Horario: 40 hs semanales rotativo mañana, tarde y noche de L a D
- Salario según valía
